1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or enrolling in courses on Fluencyfy ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Platform or services.
2. Account Registration and Security
To purchase courses or access the student portal dashboard, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date info during registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all actions taken through your account.
3. Course Purchase and Enrollment
All prices listed on the Platform are in Rupee. By purchasing a course subscription or package, you authorize us to charge your specified payment method for the listed fee. All tuition payments are non-refundable once class progress or modules have been accessed, unless explicitly guaranteed otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property
All curriculum plans, syllabi, text descriptions, logos, graphics, and video materials hosted on our platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Fluencyfy or our certified educators. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access learning resources for personal educational use. Copying, distributing, or selling our materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Acceptable Conduct
We aim to foster a safe, supportive, and collaborative learning environment. When using our forum features or in-app messaging, you agree not to:
- Harass, abuse, or discriminate against other students or educators.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or links designed to compromise user accounts.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the database tables or server files.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines without refund or notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluencyfy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our platform or online tutoring services.
